Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
No. Most of the time people are not home or prefer to meet the cleaners there, then leave to take care of other daily tasks.

How do you get in?
There are several different ways our cleaners can access your home on your scheduled day of cleaning. You can meet our girls there and either remain with them for the duration of the cleaning or let them know that you will be leaving and how to lock up the house once they are done. You can also leave a key on location or with a neighbor that the girls can retrieve and then replace
once they are finished cleaning your home.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Anyone working in your home will be bonded and insured for your protection.

How many people will do the cleaning?
Most of the time, a team of two will be attending to your home. Occasionally, it will be a single girl or, if it is a large project, a team of three or four.

What products do you use?
We have a variety of products that all of our girls bring with them. If you have a product that you prefer that we use on a special surface of your home, or if you or anyone in your family is sensitive to any chemicals or smells, please notify our office and we can let our teams know not to use a product, or to use one that you provide for us.

Will I have a regular schedule?
Yes. You will always know what day your home is cleaned. We provided reminders the day before your cleaning as well.

Do you do special projects?
We can do many extra projects. Please just let one of our office staff know of your special request and we will do our best to make sure your needs are met!
